The Celtic poets who would have worn the cloaks were thought of as singers who shared with songbirds the power to lull their audiences into dream-like states - by the way ... I lay claim honestly to the Irish, with that side of the family coming over to Canada during the potato famine in Ireland in the 1850’s.
